Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about orders, drops, delivery and returns. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, reach out through our contact page and we’ll be happy to help.

1) How do your drops work?

We release our pieces in limited-time drops. Each drop opens for a set number of days. During that window we collect orders, then send everything into production. Once the window closes, products switch to Sold Out and we don’t keep large stock.

2) When will my order ship?

Orders are processed once the drop window closes. We then produce, finish and pack everything with our partner in France.

Production and packing usually take around 10 working days after the drop closes. Once your parcel ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

3) Where do you ship from and to?

All orders ship from France.

We currently deliver to:

  • France
  • Europe
  • International destinations (where enabled at checkout)

If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, it means we’re not shipping there yet.

4) How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on your location and are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • France: flat rate shipping, with free shipping on orders €100+ (France only)
  • Europe & International: rates vary by zone and are displayed at checkout

5) Will you restock sold-out items?

Most pieces are tied to a specific drop and won’t return once they’re sold out. If we ever revisit a design, we’ll clearly mark it as a new release or updated version.

6) How do I choose my size?

Our tees and hoodies are built around a streetwear silhouette (roomy, easy to layer). The best method is:

  1. Take a tee/hoodie you love the fit of
  2. Lay it flat and measure the chest and length
  3. Compare your numbers with our Size Guide

7) Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change your size, address, or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll do our best but once production has started or your parcel has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

8) What is your return policy?

You can return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. We can’t accept returns with visible wear, stains, or strong odours.

Note: limited, signed, or numbered pieces may have specific return conditions, this will be stated on the product page.

9) Which payment methods do you accept?

We use secure payment providers for all orders. Available options are shown at checkout and typically include major bank cards and wallet options (such as Apple Pay / Google Pay), depending on your region.

We usually respond within 1–2 working days. During busy drop periods it can take a little longer, but we read everything.
